Punt is a new site claiming to be America’s #1 social casino. While that’s quite the claim for a newly-established platform, Punt has some features that’d convince you it’s up to something, and I’ll discuss them in this Punt review.
The social casino boasts over 500 games, a robust VIP program, phone support for payment complaints, and two virtual currencies to allow users free access to its games. In this review, I’ll explore the details of Punt’s structure and features, giving you all the information you need to make an informed decision to sign up at the site.

There’s not much going on regarding bonuses at Punt for now, but that shouldn’t be surprising considering the social casino’s age. Since the platform only became active in 2024, its relative lack of bonuses shouldn’t affect Punt ratings. When I signed up at the social casino, I didn't immediately receive any welcome bonus, but I was able to unlock free coin allocations after verifying my account.
For new social gamers, Punt is primarily a sweepstakes casino designed to let you compete in its casino-style games using two virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). GC only allows you to play games for fun, while SC lets you enter sweepstakes contests. When you accumulate enough SC, you can redeem them for real prizes, subject to Punt’s terms and conditions.
Punt has an hourly bonus offering free GC and SC for free play. To qualify for the bonuses, however, I had to verify my account through the following steps:
You can start claiming the Punt hourly bonuses immediately after the verification, as it doesn't require a Punt promo code. Before attempting the verification process, ensure you’re at least 21 years old and operate only one Punt account. You also want to keep the necessary documents nearby, as you’ll be required to take photos with your IDs to prove your identity. Note that Punt doesn’t verify users from Washington, Idaho, Kentucky, Nevada, and Michigan for now.
One of the things I found impressive during my Punt review was its slick user interface. While almost all legitimate social casinos have decent user interfaces at this point, Punt’s is better, with the black and teal colors coming together to form an aesthetically-pleasing interface.
The desktop interface is my favorite. After creating an account and signing in, I was greeted by the typical huge sliders you’ll usually find advertising a social casino's services and promotions on its site. A collapsible sidebar stuck to the left, housing links to essential categories like Table Games, Blackjack, Roulette, and Slot Games, among others.
The overall page doesn’t look as busy as a typical social casino, only showcasing a handful of games and a table displaying recent plays by users. If I could change something about the site’s interface, it’d be the positioning of the Live Support button. While most social casinos have a sticky icon on the bottom for live chat, Punt’s is hidden deep within the sidebar on the left, and I had to seek it out to find it.
Punt doesn't have mobile apps for phones and tablets, but the responsive website resizes brilliantly to recreate a mobile-friendly interface for convenient on-the-go gaming. The mobile interface looks identical on iPhones and Android smartphones, and it still retains its functionality on both, maintaining the excellent Punt ratings from the preceding section.
On Punt’s mobile interface, you don’t get the sidebar by default. However, the website footer houses sticky tabs, one of which is the “Menu” option that opens the sidebar in a full-screen view.
Other sticky tabs on the website include the Search, Home, and Games buttons, taking you to different sections of the website without having to open the menu. Besides the hidden sidebar and sticky tabs on the bottom, there’s not much differentiating the desktop and mobile interfaces.
While Punt hasn’t officially unveiled plans to create a mobile app, some Punt reviews suggest the platform might have an app in the works, which isn’t really hard to believe since the social casino only launched earlier this year.
Before diving into the payment options at Punt, it’s essential to note that the social casino doesn’t require payments before allowing users to play its games. Once you create an account on the platform, you instantly qualify for its slew of bonuses, essentially letting you play all of Punt’s games for free.
However, you can optionally purchase GC bundles from Punt, which comes with free allocations of Sweeps Coins, giving you access to the platform’s sweepstakes games. Prices for Punt’s coin bundles range from $5 for 50,000 Gold Coins and a free 5 SC bonus to $600 for 6 million Gold Coins with 600 free SC.
Punt has a dual virtual currency system with Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, mirroring that of DingDingDing, according to what I discovered during my recent DingDingDing review. Gold Coins introduce a bit of fun into freeplay, allowing you to accumulate and lose the coins as you play the games. However, it’s completely free to get, although there are optional coin packs for when you want more.
On the other hand, there’s Sweeps Coins (SC), designed for users looking to enter sweepstakes contests. It’s also available for free, either as standalone offers or as a bonus to coin packs. When you accumulate enough SC, you may be able to redeem them for real prizes, but otherwise, it’s not a real currency with any value.
The only payment option on Punt for coin package purchase currently is card payment, and the platform accepts cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. It’s admittedly a lot less than what you'll find on most social casinos but very convenient because who doesn’t use debit or credit cards in 2024?
My Punt ratings for the payment options aren't 5-stars, but I have no major complaints either. Again, it’s worth noting that payment is completely optional on Punt, as you can access all games for free using your GC and SC allocations from the hourly bonus.
Punt has two customer service channels: live support and email. I tried both, and the experience was underwhelming. I instantly understood why the support experience was the reason there are a few negative Punt ratings on third-party review platforms.
The live chat doesn’t seem to be live at all in my experience, as it wasn't working 24/7, or with any regularity. When I messaged support through live chat, I was asked to wait for the “team” for two hours. Thankfully, you don’t have to keep the browser tab open to get replies to your live chat queries. Punt also sends them to your registration email.
The email support option doesn’t appear to be much better either. You’ll have to wait a while to get any response, but at least you don’t get a bot asking you to wait two hours for a team.
Interestingly, there seems to be a US phone number for phone-based support, boosting Punt ratings in the USA, but it’s strictly only for payment-related queries. If your complaint or question isn’t related to that, you have to stick with email or live chat support.
You’ll get a response to your customer support queries on Punt, but you’ll need to exercise some patience. While that’s not good enough for a platform claiming to be America’s #1 social casino, I wouldn’t write off the platform based on that.

During my research for this Punt review, one of the most recurring themes on the Punt website is the platform’s dedication to its cause: being a play-for-fun social casino. Such platforms are allowed in most US states for users over 18 (except Washington).
Since Punt doesn’t offer any real-money games, there’s no standard licensing requirement for the social casino. The gaming site also abides by all extant laws.
Besides being law-abiding, Punt employs multiple measures to secure player’s security and privacy. Your connection to the website is always secure, thanks to Punt’s SSL data protection certificate.
Punt has no referral bonuses you can claim with bonus codes, just like what's obtainable in social casinos like DingDingDing where you don't need a DingDingDing promo code to get exclusive rewards. However, the gaming platform features other promotions like the unique hourly bonus and Punt VIP program.
Once you complete your Punt sign up, you'll be automatically enrolled in the VIP program. The VIP program has several tiers, ranging from Copper to Diamond II. Here's a table showing the levels and their associated perks.
VIP level | Benefits |
---|---|
Copper | Rakebacks |
Bronze | Level up bonus |
Silver | Level up bonus |
Gold | Level up bonus |
Platinum I - V | Level up bonus |
Diamond I - II | Level up bonus + exclusive benefits |
Punt's VIP program rewards users with level-up bonuses as they climb through each tier. I didn’t play enough games during my review period to see what the level up bonus looks like, but from my experience, I expect it to comprise Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
The first rank after a Punt sign up is Copper, and Punt didn’t specify how to progress to the next level (Bronze). However, you can access the VIP progress bar that tells you how close you're to your next rank by clicking on the egghead icon at the top right corner of the interface and selecting “VIP.”
The Punt VIP program isn’t the only way to access free GC and SC to play the social casino’s games for free. There’s also a “Hourly Bonus” available to all verified users once they validate their accounts.
To access the bonus, click or tap on the wallet button on the Punt homepage and press the “Hourly Bonus” button with a stopwatch icon. If you’re not already verified, click the “Get Verified” button to undergo verification. Once it's completed, you can enter the hourly bonus challenge for a chance to get free GC and SC.
While there aren’t many other bonuses on Punt for now, it’s a relatively new casino with lots of potential. Hopefully, we start seeing Punt no deposit bonus codes for more exclusive rewards soon.
For a social casino that only launched in 2024, Punt’s gaming library is nothing short of impressive. The site boasts 500 games, spread across different categories like slots, live dealers, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and scratch cards.
I saw some familiar names during my Punt review, as I was able to play games like Sweet Bonanza from Pragmatic Play, Banana Town from Relax Gaming, and Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play.
There’s also a handful of Punt Originals, featuring Dice, Roulette, and Baccarat. I didn’t try all the Punt Originals, but I appreciate how the platform attempts to offer a diverse gaming experience.
The abundance of high quality games despite being a new gaming site is enough to boost my Punt ratings.
Punt users can play its 500 games with two virtual currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Once you log in, you’ll see a Gold Coin icon beside the wallet button at the top of the page. You can click on it to switch between GC and SC gameplay mode.
Gold Coins allow free access to all Punt games. They’re free to get, but also available via coin packs. However, you can't redeem them for real prizes. Sweeps Coins work similarly, with the slight difference of letting you enter sweepstakes contests. When you accumulate enough SC from several sweepstakes games, you may be able to redeem them for real prizes.
I had low expectations while reviewing Punt Social Casino, but the site’s offerings were impressive. The social casino’s slick interface beats most old-timers' site layout. Punt also offers 500 games, making it one of the few social casinos I’ve seen with that many games. The customer service would need a little bit of work, but my recommendation for interested players mirrors that of most Punt reviews: Punt is a social casino worth trying.
One of the most striking things you’ll first notice about this social casino is its near-perfect interface. From the Punt register page to the games and mobile interface, everything looks slick and well put together.
Besides the interface, Punt’s extensive game collection is a rarity for a social casino, and its customer service can be excellent, depending on why you’re seeking help. Its convenient payment method is another huge advantage, and I have no problems recommending this casino to anyone seeking a legitimate social casino.
No, Punt is a legitimate sweepstakes casino with no reports of shady dealings that may suggest it’s a scam. With over 500 games and options for free play and sweepstakes contests, you’ll hardly find a better newly-launched social casino online.
Punt employs SSL encryption for its website security and uses Veriff, a third-party authentication service to verify all users, making it a secure gaming site.
There's no dedicated mobile app for Android and iPhone devices at Punt Casino, but the mobile version of the website is a good enough substitute. You can play any of the games on the mobile website without needing to switch to a desktop.
Punt is a sweepstakes casino where players can enjoy casino-style games for free. It has two virtual currencies: GC and SC, both of which let you access the platform’s multitude of games for free.
From all indications, Punt is a legitimate sweepstakes casino, thanks to its secure authentication through Veriff and its numerous security and privacy protection measures.
