Last Updated: October 4, 2024 What You Need Before You Start: 1. Dingdingding Account: Ensure your account has been ID and address verified before sending any mail. 2. Envelope: Use a #10 white envelope. 3. Request Card: Use a 4” x 6” post card, unfolded 4. Pen: Black Ink 5. State Restrictions: You must not live in Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Washington What to write on the request card: How to Complete Your Dingdingding Request: 1. Get your request code1.1 Sign in to your customer account 1.2 Navigate to the link in the “My Profile” page for the “Postal Request Code” and follow the prompts 2. Fill Out the Request Card: 2.1 Write the following in order:a. In the upper left hand corner of the Request Card, the unique one-time Request Code b. Your full name as it appears on your government-issued ID c. The email address linked to your account. d. The return/residential address linked to your account 2.2 Write this exact statement: “I wish to receive free Sweepstakes Coins in order to participate in the promotion offered by Living Pixels. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Living Pixels’s Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.” What to write on the stamped #10 envelope: Note: 1. Make sure to addressed in handwriting the request card to: Living Pixels Studio LLC 530 Lytton Avenue 2nd Floor Palo Alto California 94301 FAQ How many Request Codes can be generated?You're only allowed to generate one request code every 14 days. Can I use the same Request Code on more than one letter?No, you need a different Request Code for each letter. How long is the Request Code valid?A single Request Code is good for 15 days. Do you by chance know if it is 15 days from them receiving the letter or processing it? Seems like most places are not processing for at least 30-90 days...
