1. Real Prize  Account: Ensure your account has been ID and address verified before sending any mail.
2. Envelope: Use a #10 white envelope.
3. Request Card: Standard Post Card or White piece of paper, must be 4”x6”, unfolded, blank and unlined

5. State Restrictions: Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New York,  North Dakota

What to write on the request card:

How to Complete Your Real Prize Request:

1. Fill Out the Request Card:
1.1  Write the following in order:
a. Your full name as it appears on your government-issued ID
b. The email address linked to your account
c. The return/residential address linked to your account

1.2 Write this exact statement: 

        “I wish to receive Sweepstake Coins to participate in the Sweepstake Coins promotions offered by REALPLAY TECH INC. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the T&C and Sweepstake Coin Rules.”

What to write on the stamped #10 envelope:
