Envelope: Use a #10 white envelope.3. Request Card: A piece of plain, unlined white paper or a standard postcard.4. Pen: Black ink only5. State Restrictions: You must not live in Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Washington, Montana, Quebec What to write on the request card: How to Complete Your WOW Vegas Request: 1. Get your request codea. Sign in to your Wow Vegas customer account b. Click the option for “INSTRUCTIONS ON ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY” c. Follow the process to generate your Unique One-Time Request Code 2. Fill Out the Request Card: a. Write the following in order and in CAPS: -Your full name as it appears on your government-issued ID -The email address linked to your account. -The return/residential address linked to your account -One 16 digit unique one-time request code b. Write this exact statement: “I wish to receive free Sweepstakes coins in order to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Wow Vegas. In submitting this written request, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules as set out on the Wow Vegas website” What to write on the stamped #10 envelope: Note: 1. Make sure to Handwrite in CAPS the Participant’s return address on the front of the envelope and the words: “Request for Sweepstakes Credits” 2. Addressed in handwriting, to the following address: i. United States residents: MW SERVICES LIMITED 1445 WOODMONT LN NW #720 ATLANTA, GA 30318 U.S.A.ii.
